Shipping Carriers
Small and standard-sized items are shipped using reliable carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and FedEx.
Oversized items such as insulation, drywall, and other large building materials will be delivered using our local delivery service and will follow our local delivery rate structure.
Delivery rates are based on the distance from either of our store locations to the recipient’s shipping address.

Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days to major centers where available.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Freight quotes are available for bulk or pallet orders upon request.
Oversized Items
Some oversized or heavy items may not be eligible for standard postal or courier shipping. These items may be restricted to local delivery or freight service only.

Freight and Bulk Orders
Large or bulk orders may be shipped via freight. Costs are based on pallet quantity, weight, destination, and delivery requirements. Contact us for a custom quote.
