Steve Guglietti Joins the Company
Steve Guglietti, Augusto’s son, joined the Company as a seasonal labourer.
2012, Broadening Horizons
Business Diversification
The Company started its diversification away from low-rise residential drywall supply to a more expansive, value-focused building materials distributor for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
2014, Product Line Expansion
Waterproofing Product Line
The Company added depth to its bench of products by penetrating the waterproofing industry.
2015, Continued Expansion
Drain, Concrete, Doors, and Hardware
The Company expanded its offering by including drainage, concrete, doors, and hardware products to its catalogue.
2016, Product Portfolio Growth
Commercial Roofing Product Line
The Company further expanded its offering with a highly-respected commercial roofing product line.
2017, Diversification Continues
Masonry Product Line
The Company further expanded its offering through a partnership with a local manufacturer of masonry products.
2018, Strategic Acquisition
Acquisition of Prefab Drywall Solutions
The Company acquired substantially all of the assets of Prefab Drywall Solutions, a custom drywall profile manufacturer with exclusive distribution rights for highly specialized precision milling equipment in Canada.
2024, Expansion of Operations
Three Operating Facilities
The Company operates out of three facilities: 228 Wilkinson in
Brampton, 1055 Cardiff in Mississauga, and 1260 Skae in Oshawa, with the latter being the most recent addition which boasts a brand-new state-of-the-art facility specifically designed for the Company.
