Procon Supplies TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE
By opting in to or using the Text Message Service (as defined below) from Procon Supplies, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
This agreement is between you and Procon Supplies. All references to “Procon Supplies,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Procon Supplies, 1055 Cardiff Blvd, Mississauga, ON L5S 1P4.
DEFINITIONS
“Opting In,” “Opt In,” and “Opt-In” refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.
“Text Message Service” includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies).
CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING
By consenting to receive text messages from Procon Supplies, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
E-SIGN DISCLOSURE
By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP.
Procon Supplies TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy. We use the information you provide through this service solely to transmit your mobile messages and respond to your inquiries. This may include sharing information with platform providers, mobile carriers, and vendors that assist with message delivery.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

COSTS OF TEXT MESSAGES
Procon Supplies does not charge for text messages sent or received through this service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES
This Text Messaging Service is intended for conversational, person-to-person communication between customers and Procon Supplies employees. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and may include order updates, delivery coordination, and responses to inquiries.
OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message. Opt-outs apply per conversation and per phone number.
