1/2X4X10 CGC TYPE C FIRECODE CORE 40 SF SHEET

1/2 in. (12.7 mm) USG Sheetrock® Brand Firecode® C Drywall Panels (UL Type C) are enhanced proprietary Type X drywall panels that feature a non-combustible gypsum core encased in 100% recycled face and back papers, forming a high-strength composite design. The face paper is folded around the long edges to reinforce and protect the core, and the ends are cut square and even. The long edges of the drywall panels are tapered, allowing joints to be reinforced and concealed with USG Sheetrock® Brand joint treatment systems.

These drywall panels are UL Classified for fire resistance and can be used in any UL Design in which Type C panels are listed. For easy identification by building inspectors, the UL Type Designation is printed along the long edge on the face of each panel.
